I love me some pasta! And for tonight dinner, I made this!

The best part, it’s vegetarian! So for lent, I decided to give up meats and seafood. So far, for the past two weeks I’m doing well with vegetarian dishes (loaded with proteins such as tofu, beans, soy, and eggs) and here’s one of my pretty looking ones! It’s tomato sauce spiked with chili pepper flakes (yes, I’m feeling bit spicy!) and some good cheese melted in it on top of pasta along with roasted French broccoli. Yummy dinner! (I had a hard boiled egg, so I’m still getting my protein!)
