10th day!

So had a pretty crazy weekend and yesterday has to be one of the best days of the week so far. Originally, I was going to post yesterday but I got busy at the moment. So as most of you know, I switched major and it’s really hard to find classes due to budget cuts, high number of students enrolled (or trying to enrolled), units caps, and frozen permission numbers. Just my luck, right? You know, every classes I tried to add there are 20 other students putting their names on the waiting list.

I got an email from a professor asking if I want to take one of the available spots in the class. YES! And later I got another email from another professor explaining that the department has decided to add more seats and I can take her class. YES! Two classes down! So happy! And so lucky!

To make it even better, I went to eat Korean BBQ with friends. Nomnomnom! But the best part of the day? Getting my developed prints! I had couple 120mm films that I never got it developed until 3 years later. Then I had one 35mm from my toy fisheye1. Then I still need another roll developed. But it’s kind of neat! Especially looking through 120mm because at that time, I never tried film and had no idea what’s ISO is (now I do!). Here are some of my favorite shots I took!

Woo, and there are still more to go! Currently I’m taking photography class, working with black and white film and I’m so excited for this course because I will be learning how to work in darkroom! :)

So if you ever get a film camera, toy or not, try it!
