Mm.. sounds like a good foodies day! :)
Yesterday, Jeff and I went to eat Momo Sushi for lunch and it was yummy but slow. Maybe because we came in during slow business hour? But it was kind of fun watching the others doing sake bombs, ha!
Then we went to the Claw machine. I don’t know what it’s called but it’s close by Momo Sushi bar and just a walk away, ha! Tried to get Badz-Maru but couldn’t but we did get to win White Yoshi plushie. :)
Then we went to Diamond Plaza to Genking Living for one of the foods I’ve been craving the whole winter break. Taiyakis! I ordered 3; red beans, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Yummy! I think out of all three, I like red bean and peanut butter. Chocolate chip is okay, maybe it needs peanut butter :p.
Taiyaki is similiar to pancake with fillings, only it’s shaped as fish, ha :p
Then we went walking around the mall and playing at Round1. Such a fun place to go! X) Jeff got a time card so we played two games. Man, it was hard! And we made it to the very end but didn’t finish it! Ahh! Ah well, next time! Heehee, and of course, a photo booth since it was free. But it was bit hard because I do not understand Japanese and I just randomly press the buttons. But it looks good. :) All is fun! ^.^
We head back to my house and made our homebaked lasagna! I have to say it’s actually good. :p. We cooked the pasta, made the sauce, then layered them with cheese and baked it for around 30 minutes. Mom, Jeff, and I kind of try to figure out which to layer first, ahaha. For the first dish we layered the sauce first while on the second dish, we put the pasta in x) although we only baked the first dish. The outcome?
Ooey gooey goodness! :p We nearly ate the whole pan, hahaha. Watched Hangover and then Jeff left back home. Definitely enjoyed my foodies day :)
Now, to look forward for the weekend! Hopefully some hours of snowboarding tomorrow then eat out with friends on Saturday! :)
x) sorry for kicking you in the shin.
