I’ve been tired from the whole Orientation preparation and it’s not even done! Still have lots more to go! Only one more week left! :] I can’t wait!
Recently, my dad had a hankering for burritos but there weren’t any good place nearby except for Chipotle then somehow he wanted hot dogs instead. And he wanted to try Pink’s. So we went to Studio Citywalk (… still far, hahaha). Not as much combo as the one in Hollywood, but still good. :]
Dad ordered Stuntman’s dog which is basically a sausage with mushrooms, nacho cheese, and bacon.
Then this one is mine. A hot dog topped with bacon, sauerkraut, pickle relish, and sour cream. I forgot the name but it was yummy.
Had cinnabon bun afterward and walked around all the way to the spinning globe. It was a nice walk.
I especially love this spot.
If you look to the left of two sunglasses posters, there is an art gallery. It had Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali, and even had couple works from Murakami! That totally made my day! ^.^ There were some easily-recognized works of Andy Warhol due to his style and couple works and sketches that I’ve never seen from Dali. Those works from Dali were more subtle and I like it. Murakami made me happy, hahaha. Screenprinted with bright bold colors! That’s fun. :] And the guy who works there saw Mr. PotatoHead on my teeshirt and he said it was his favorite! How cool which meant he wasn’t all into old arts but in modern and such. :] coolio! It was a nice small gallery. :]
It was a nice time with dad. :]
